01 — The problem

You didn't start your business to spend your evenings buried in your inbox, chasing a contractor, or sorting out the small things that quietly eat your week.

I'm a personal and business assistant for Christian entrepreneurs and leaders — the kind of help you can hand almost anything to, because you don't have to wonder if it's safe with me.

No rigid task lists. No "that's not in my job description." Send what's on your mind however it's easiest — a voice note, an email, a quick call — and I take it from there.

02

Why we're called Faithful Steward

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10

A steward is someone trusted to manage what matters to someone else — their time, their responsibilities, the details of their life — with the same care the owner would give it themselves.

I see the gift of helping others as exactly that: a gift. Not a job to get through, but something to be used faithfully, with care, for the people I work with. The name is a daily reminder of the standard I'm working toward — not perfection, but faithfulness.

03

If you'd trust it to a friend, you can trust it to me

Everyday
Inbox triage, scheduling, file organization, light website updates — the recurring things kept off your plate.
Logistics
Booking travel, organizing events, coordinating vendors, making calls on your behalf — including international ones.
Personal
Finding a restaurant that can handle a food allergy, sorting a tricky return, handling something with a landlord or contractor so you don't have to.
Entrusted
The paperwork you keep putting off, the difficult conversation you don't have time for, the moment you just need someone steady to take something off your plate.

Some of it is simple. Some of it you'd only hand to someone you trust completely. Either way — send it over.

04

Built to fit into your life, not take it over

First

Send it however's easiest

Voice note, email, screenshot, quick message — whatever's fastest for you in the moment.

Then

It gets actioned, reliably

Requests are reviewed on a set schedule each day, so you get fast, consistent turnaround without needing me on call every hour.

Result

You get your time back

No more chasing, no more carrying it yourself. Just one less thing on your mind.

Why Christian clients work with me

I work with Christian entrepreneurs, coaches, and ministry leaders who want support from someone who shares their values — so you never have to wonder if a task crosses a line, or explain why something matters to you.

That shared foundation is part of why clients feel comfortable handing me the personal things, not just the business ones. Being a faithful steward isn't just the name — it's the standard.

05

Support that flexes with you

These aren't hour-buckets, and I'm not watching a clock. Each tier is priced for an outcome — a job done properly, with your best interest in mind — not for minutes spent. Some weeks need more attention than others; what stays constant is the care, not the tally.

Who you'll actually be working with

Christelle, founder of Faithful Steward

I'm Christelle — and this business exists because of a season when I needed exactly the kind of help I now offer.

I was living in England with my husband and our six-month-old, maternity leave running out, no income lined up. I'd tried everything — recipe writing, copywriting, food photography, marketing support, content creation, even hosting babywearing dance classes for other new mums in the same boat. None of it was sustainable on its own.

I found my way into virtual assistant work almost by accident — trying to sort out my husband's Spanish passport renewal and realizing I needed help I couldn't find. That search led me to apply to a VA platform myself. Getting accepted changed everything. I had income. I could work from anywhere. I never had to leave my baby to do it.

Three years and another baby later, I gave my life to Jesus — and that changed everything, including how I saw this work. I'd always known I was made to serve; I studied Hospitality Management and spent years in roles built around anticipating what people need before they have to ask. But I'd never connected that gift to a purpose beyond myself. 1 Peter 4:11 was the first time I understood I hadn't been given this ability by accident — it was a gift from God, meant to be used for His glory and for serving others well, not just for my own income.

That's what I'm doing now: dedicating a part of life I once thought belonged only to me, to Him — and to the people He brings across my path. I'm highly sensitive by nature, which means discretion isn't something I perform, it's how I'm wired. Over the years I've handled passport details, card information, and identifying information for clients in high-trust positions, along with donations made on their behalf — without a single issue. I treat what's entrusted to me the way I'd want my own handled.
